100% Trebbiano grape must. Aged for at least 10 years in barrels made of different woods. Aceto Tucci is aged for at least 10 years in barrels made of cherry, chestnut, mulberry, acacia and oak wood. This creates the elegant acidity and the unmistakable taste.
