For our Olio Tucci we cultivate the varieties Intosso, Leccio del Corno, Thirda, Leccino and Gentile di Chieti, which are harvested exclusively by hand and pressed together using cold extraction. This gives the olive oil its unique fresh and fruity scent of unripe tomatoes, white apples and almonds. The complex taste of the different olive varieties is characterized by the interplay of fruity aromas with floral and delicately bitter notes as well as a pleasant and balanced spiciness. Olio Tucci is particularly suitable with vegetables, fresh cheese, on bruschetta and in salads. Of course you can also use it to prepare and finish fish and meat.
